Returns and Exchanges


Items must be unworn, unused, and in new condition. Requests for refunds/exchanges within 10 days of the ship date (unless otherwise noted in an items product description and with the exception of Paul Parkman shoes and belts) receive a full refund of the purchase price.  

All Returns/Exchanges must be preapproved. Any Returns/Exchanges shipped back to us without preauthorization will be refused and returned to sender. 

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and contain the original packing receipt.

When requesting a return or exchange for Paul Parkman shoes and/or belts please ensure that shoes/belts are unused, unworn, in new condition and within 10-days of receipt of your Paul Parkman items. If your Paul Parkman items are worn and/or used and outside of 10 days of receipt, we cannot accept your return or exchange for Paul Parkman shoes and/or belts. 


PLEASE NOTE: will not reimburse shipping and handling fees. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. is not responsible for lost or misdirected returns. All returns are processed within 7 days of receipt.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


To request a return or exchange, simply complete and submit your order information by emailing  Please include RETURN/EXCHANGE in the body of your message.
After submitting your request, instructions will be emailed to you concerning returning your unused items.

For exchanges, simply search and select the replacement items you wish to receive.


When purchasing through PayPal, unwanted items can be returned for a refund but cannot be exchanged.

When can I expect my refund?
Refunds will be issued within 7 business days of receipt of the returned item(s), depending on your financial institution.  Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.

When can I expect my exchange?
Exchange items are shipped within 3 business days of receiving the exchange back to us. An email will be sent including the shipping information much like your original order.


When returning any item, be sure that it is unused, unworn, in new condition and within policy.  Please review the product description for accurate return/exchange details of each item purchased or refer to the aforementioned information related to returns and/or exchanges.
